Broken Beauty 

Maybe a structure can collapse, but its fragments still glow beneath the dust. Even in ruin, beauty refuses to disappear.

For years, we have lived under the weight of many hardships. These struggles may have shaken our lives, yet beneath the rubble, countless bright and precious souls continue to shimmer, waiting for the space and freedom to rise again.

Broken Beauty is my first jewellery collection that is not metal-based. I aim to present enamel in a new form: small enamel beads—representing the colourful tiles of Persian architecture—are set onto deformed, organic shapes within the collection. Each bead is handmade using liquid enamel, and all paper pulp elements are also crafted by hand.

UNDER PRESSURE

The pressures placed on us in different periods of life inevitably reshape us. Change alters our forms and our beauty, and we can never return to who we once were. These forces transform us into new beings with new colours and new faces. With hope, even the hardest path can be endured, as we gather the crushed and burnt pieces of ourselves to build a new, beautiful human.

Under Pressure is a collection created from handmade paper pulp that naturally deforms under pressure, taking on unexpected shapes as it dries. Once dried, each form is burned by fire, creating unpredictable colours and textures. To reconnect the separated fragments, I use small pieces of wood found in nature. Through this long, challenging process, the final works emerge, unique pieces that have endured and survived their own transformation.
